If the product you purchased is in stock at UUQ's Canadian warehouse, it will be shipped directly from the Canadian warehouse.You don't have to worry about customs clearance and duties.

For products that are not in stock in the Canadian warehouse, they will be shipped from Hong Kong, and you will need to handle customs clearance and duties yourself.

Shipping is 6.99CAD for orders under 68CAD and free shipping for orders over 68CAD.

Products shipped from the Canadian warehouse are usually received within 3-5 days.

Products shipped from Hong Kong are usually received in about 10 days.

UUQ is proud to announce that our products can be shipped globally. We will dispatch your order within 24 hours of purchase, and you can expect to receive your items within 8-20 days.

If you have not received the goods after 30 days, we will issue a refund for you.

2.Each of our orders is backed by a 30-day return and money-back guarantee, which entitles you to request a return, refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Policy conditions and requirements

Brand new products within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, but you are responsible for returning the product to UUQ yourself. Additionally, used products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue with the product.

In some cases, only partial refunds are given (if applicable):

1. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
2. Any item returned more than 30 days after you received it.

In order to complete your return, we need your proof of purchase

Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation.

5. The complete set of goods is partially returned or exchanged.
6.Claims are made more than 30 days after you receive the item.
