Returns
1.All of our products are backed by a 12-month replacement and repair warranty.
2.Each of our orders is backed by a 30-day return and money-back guarantee, which entitles you to request a return, refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Policy conditions and requirements
Brand new products within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, but you are responsible for returning the product to UUQ yourself. Additionally, used products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue with the product.
In some cases, only partial refunds are given (if applicable):
1. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
2. Any item returned more than 30 days after you received it.
In order to complete your return, we need your proof of purchase
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an e-mail notifying you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If you are approved, we will process your refund, which will be completed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original method of payment
Delayed or missed refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your payment account again first. It may take some time for the refund to officially arrive.
Then contact your payment account company. Refunds usually take some time to process before they are issued.

Promotional merchandise (if applicable)
Certain sale items cannot be refunded. Please contact us to check if a sale item is refundable.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email cs@uuq-optic.com

Policy Exclusions
Our 30-day return and refund policy does not cover a product if
1. the product was not purchased from the official UUQ website
2. The product has been worn, damaged or contaminated.
3. The product has been stored or exposed to extreme environments.
4. Unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration or improper installation.
5. The complete set of goods is partially returned or exchanged.
6.Claims are made more than 30 days after you receive the item.
