Shipping is 6.99CAD for orders under 68CAD and free shipping for orders over 68CAD.

Products shipped from the Canadian warehouse are usually received within 3-5 days.

Products shipped from Hong Kong are usually received in about 10 days.

2.Each of our orders is backed by a 30-day return and money-back guarantee, which entitles you to request a return, refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.

Policy conditions and requirements

Brand new products within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, but you are responsible for returning the product to UUQ yourself. Additionally, used products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue with the product.

In some cases, only partial refunds are given (if applicable):

1. Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to no fault of ours.
2. Any item returned more than 30 days after you received it.

5. The complete set of goods is partially returned or exchanged.
